The Exorcist (1973)
Sorcerer (1977)
Cruising (1980)
To Live and Die in L.A. (1985)
All of them are impressive movies. Some of the lesser known films, especially Sorcerer, have more recently been rediscovered. But either way, that's an impressive run of very well made and entertaining movies.
