That will spell utter disaster because it is condescending and usually untrue. A minister should only present that they are about a 1/2 step ahead, that the he can lead them to a place that they can get to. It is condescending and quite arrogant to think you have all the answers and can lead an ultra conservative church to be progressive. If one tries that, the church will actually become more conservative (if that is possible) to fight off the threat of moving forward.Dusty Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14038006740293111352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10020592.post-11366861876164063792009-07-23T13:28:26.763-05:002009-07-23T13:28:26.763-05:00Such an important practice, Brian.Such an important practice, Brian.Frank Bellizzihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07949066335378651585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10020592.post-61524365004380615392009-07-23T11:42:03.887-05:002009-07-23T11:42:03.887-05:00Visit in the homes of every one of your parishione...Visit in the homes of every one of your parishioners. Pastors of large churches can't do this and so don't know their congregants as well as a pastor of a small church can.Brian Smallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14209118115977821617noreply@blogger.com
